Our goal is to offer consumers with an organic lamb alterative in Tasmania. Where the consumers of our meat can feel assured the health of our sheep is always prioritised.

At our farm, we raise our lambs using sustainable and organic farming practices. This means that our animals are free to roam in open pastures and are fed a natural, organic diet, grain free diet, free from chemicals. At Hidden Valley we believe that healthy, happy animals make for the best-tasting meat, and we look forward to offering a product that reflects our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare. Our lamb will be available for purchase at local retail outlets throughout the North East region.
